Redesigned and redeveloped the official website for PAI, a large-scale events and training platform handling 300+ event sales annually. Migrated the old website to a modern WordPress-based system with improved performance, scalability, and backend management.

Implemented a custom event management workflow using the The Events Calendar plugin along with Custom Post Types and ACF, allowing the client team to efficiently manage events, monthly reviews, and related content from a structured admin interface.

The previous website was heavily affected by bot traffic and high server resource consumption. Applied security hardening, traffic filtering, and optimization measures that significantly reduced unnecessary CPU usage and helped lower hosting infrastructure costs while improving overall stability.

Additionally, developed a dedicated course management platform on a subdomain using WooCommerce with custom business logic:

• Maximum of 5 course enrollments per user
• 3 mandatory courses required before additional course purchases
• Managed 10+ available courses with custom restrictions and validation flows

Integrated the platform with Salesforce and Moodle to streamline user enrollment, CRM synchronization, and learning management workflows.
